Our Farming Practices

Regenerative, transparent, rooted in the Pemaquid Peninsula.

Our Philosophy

Food Should Heal the Land

We operate a year-round, farrow-to-finish farm using methods that prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and the long-term vitality of this land. Everything we do is built around transparency.

Core Techniques

How We Farm

Animal Welfare First

Our animals live on pasture and in woods, rooting and ranging freely. We believe animal welfare and food quality are inseparable.

Heritage Breeds

Berkshire, Hereford, Duroc, Idaho Pasture Pigs are all chosen for foraging ability and deeply flavorful meat.

Farrow-to-Finish

Piglets are born and raised entirely on our farm, giving us complete control over care, nutrition, and environment from day one through harvest.

Rotational Grazing

Animals rotate across planned circuits, mimicking natural herd behavior, improving soil structure, and reducing parasite pressure without chemicals

Silvopasture

30+ acres of reclaimed Maine woodland converted to productive silvopasture with trees, shrubs, and grasses providing diverse animal nutrition while rebuilding soil carbon

Our Commitments
