Smoked Half Ham

Smoked Ham, uncured (made without nitrites). Fully cooked, simply warm gently to serve. We recommend a 250F oven for approximately 20 minutes per pound (which is approximately 2 hours for a 6 pound ham). Cover during the first half of cooking time. Optionally, glaze the ham duiring the last twenty minutes of cook time at 375F. We suggest Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze.
