Crooked Face Bernadette

Bernadette is a pasteurized, washed rind, cows milk cheese aged in the cave at Crooked Face Creamery. It is a bright young cheese, with cheddary notes and a bit of saltiness, sharpness and a lovely lightly washed rind.
